START YOUR HOME SEARCH
- Decide on area(s) you want to view homes
- Utilize websites like Zillow & Homesnap depending on your home search criteria
- We will send you an invite to set up your Homesnap App
- We can also provide you lists of homes from the SMART MLS depending on your preferences
- Contact us to setup appointment to view homes of your preference
- A Buyer Packet Tour enlisting the details of the homes you would like to see will be provided
SUBMIT AN OFFER
- Set up all the necessary paperwork to be submit a proper offer
- Put in a written offer along with your proof of funds & 1% deposit check, along with the Pre-Approval Letter
- Reaching out to the Agents to put in Offer(s) on selected homes
WHEN YOU HAVE AN ACCEPTED OFFER
- Schedule all the necessary Inspections
- Building, Septic, Well, Etc.
- Inform your mortgage consultant of the accepted offer. Your consultant will lock in your interest rate and get the paperwork going to get you the mortgage & schedule your appraisal
- Contact your real estate Attorney handling the closing & contracts
CLOSING
- You will get a clear to close from your mortgage lender
- Schedule a final walk-through of the property
- Schedule the transfer of utilities and address to your name
MOVE IN DAY
- Have the final walk through
- Sign all paperwork in the Attorney’s office & receive keys to your brand-new home
